How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data from 0ads, you have several options:
1. Through Facebook Settings
- Go to your Facebook profile's Apps and Websites settings
- Go to your Facebook profile's Apps and Websites settings
- Find and remove the 0ads application
- Click 'View Removed Apps and Websites'
- Click the 'View' button next to 0ads
- Click 'Send Request' to initiate data deletion
2. Direct Request
- Email us at: [email protected]
- Include 'Data Deletion Request' in the subject line
- Provide your account information for verification
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving your deletion request, we will remove:
- Your personal account information
- Campaign data associated with your account
- Integration settings and access tokens
- Usage history and preferences
- Any other personal data collected through our service
Deletion Process
When we receive your deletion request:
- We will verify your identity to ensure the security of the process
- Your data deletion request will be processed within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number
- You can check the status of your request using the provided confirmation number
