How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data from 0ads, you have several options:

1. Through Facebook Settings

  • Go to your Facebook profile's Apps and Websites settings
  • Go to your Facebook profile's Apps and Websites settings
  • Find and remove the 0ads application
  • Click 'View Removed Apps and Websites'
  • Click the 'View' button next to 0ads
  • Click 'Send Request' to initiate data deletion

2. Direct Request

  • Email us at: [email protected]
  • Include 'Data Deletion Request' in the subject line
  • Provide your account information for verification

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving your deletion request, we will remove:

  • Your personal account information
  • Campaign data associated with your account
  • Integration settings and access tokens
  • Usage history and preferences
  • Any other personal data collected through our service

Deletion Process

When we receive your deletion request:

  • We will verify your identity to ensure the security of the process
  • Your data deletion request will be processed within 30 days
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number
  • You can check the status of your request using the provided confirmation number
